The Problem

Facebook Marketplace charges to boost listings. Craigslist loads like it's 2005. Local classifieds sites don't rank in Google. I needed to sell furniture and bikes fast without paying Meta or waiting for buyers who'd never find my posts.

My Contribution

I built an SSR marketplace with Next.js so Google would index every listing immediately. Cloudflare R2 serves images fast and cheap. Supabase handles inventory and search. No ad budget, just SEO fundamentals: semantic HTML, fast load times, and unique URLs for every item. Result: sold most expensive stuff in less than 2 weeks with only organic traffic.
